Weekly Update - 2020 Construction

Starting the week of July 12, Bituminous Roadways, the contractors for the 2020 Street Improvement Project, will continue with construction on Thomas Court, Lambert Creek Lane, and Tessier Trail. Work includes removing and replacing the curb. The new curb needs one week to cure; please do not drive on it for one week. If this process impacts your driveway access, you will be notified beforehand.
Construction will likely start on Arcade Street the week of July 12. Utility work is expected to be performed including replacing bolts on gate valves, and making improvements to the sanitary sewer and storm sewer structures in the area. Access to and from the area will not be impacted and at least one lane of traffic will remain open. Sidewalks will be impacted; please follow the signs posted for sidewalk detours. Residents will be notified if their driveway will be blocked or if their water is temporarily shut off.
