The City of Vadnais Heights will be hosting an Open House Presentation on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at 6:00 pm at City Hall, 800 East County Road E, regarding a potential luxury apartment development on the city-owned Garceau Corner site at Centerville Road and Edgerton Street. The presentation will include discussions on the following: historical background, environmental contamination, financial considerations, information on a potential luxury apartment development, traffic, calls for service, and next steps in the planning process. This is a complicated redevelopment site and warrants a community discussion.
