Winter parking rules are in affect from November 1 - April 1. No parking is allowed on any City street between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. There is also no parking allowed immediately after accumulation of two inches or more of continuous snow until the street is plowed curb to curb. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed.
