The City of Vadnais Heights is accepting letters of interest for individuals interested in serving on our Planning Commission as an alternate member.
The Planning Commission advises the City Council on development related topics including modifications to the City’s Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, and reviews development plans and subdivisions. The Commission meets the fourth Tuesday at 7pm of each month at Vadnais Heights City Hall.
Alternate members attend meetings, but do not carry voting power. However, if one or more regular members is absent from a meeting, an alternate (in order of seniority if more than one is present) may sit with all privileges of a regular member. Further, alternates are considered for regular Commissioner positions as they are vacated.
Letters of interest are due Monday, November 1, 2021 and may be sent to Vadnais Heights City Hall, 800 E County Road E, Vadnais Heights MN 55127 or nolan.wall@cityvadnaisheights.com.
