[ARCHIVED] Letter from the Mayor to the Class of 2020

May 19, 2020

Dear Class of 2020:

The City of Vadnais Heights knows this is not the way you thought you would be spending the last days of your High School experience.  You have missed out on a lot due to the COVID-19 pandemic and answering the call to Stay At Home to do your part to help keep others safe and healthy. For that we Thank You.

With the cancellation of Commencement ceremonies we would like to offer a way for your hometown to honor you and this milestone in your life.  The City of Vadnais Heights has several digital billboards around town and we are offering the opportunity to submit your senior picture to us to be placed on a rolling stream of pictures along with other Vadnais Heights graduates!  There is no cost to participate.  All you have to do is send an original file of your senior picture (not a scanned copy) to lisa.comstock@cityvadnaisheights.com.

We know the class of 2020 will do great things and come away from this unprecedented time stronger than ever.  Congratulations on all of your achievements and best of luck in the future!

Be Proud!!!

Sincerely,

The City of Vadnais Heights

Heidi Gunderson
Mayor
