[ARCHIVED] Alternatives to Postponed Community Clean-Up Day

The Vadnais Heights Annual Clean-Up Day is cancelled for April 25, 2020 due to COVID-19. We will reschedule later in the year if possible. While you are cleaning your yards and garages this spring, keep these disposal options in mind. Ramsey County programs and collection sites will continue to operate during posted hours until further notice. Please follow the social distancing rules when visiting drop-off sites.

Bulky Item Collection
Residents who live in a building with one to eight residences and who participate in the city’s refuse and single-sort recycling contract can dispose of one bulky item per year at no charge. The free disposal does not include appliances. Contact your hauler directly to request bulky item collection, and verify what is allowed.

Transfer Stations
If you have a large amount of extra trash, there are several transfer stations that accept household waste directly from residents. Transfer stations are a great option for residents with a large amount of construction and remodeling to dispose of. Access more information on transfer stations nearby. Please contact the transfer stations directly on any changes to their operations due to COVID-19.
