[ARCHIVED] Make Your Voice Heard

The City of Vadnais Heights recently launched Polco, an online engagement tool that that helps city officials seek public input on current ideas, initiatives, and issues facing our community. Throughout the year, residents will have a chance to answer questions on a variety of topics. Using Polco, you can make sure your voice is heard on important topics affecting the City, even if you can’t make it in for a City Council or commission meeting.

How to Sign Up:

Sign up at or download the mobile app. All you need to sign up is your name, zip code and email. Users are required to create an account and are verified as a registered voter, to help ensure the reliability of the data collected.

Once you sign up, we will pose questions directly to you about city services, initiatives or development projects we are considering. Each question will be open for input for a couple of weeks. Users will receive email notifications when new questions are posted, but never more than one email a week.

Polco has a strict privacy policy, and will never share your personal information. The city never sees individual data or votes.

For questions or more information on Polco, call City Hall at 651-204-6000 or
