- Registration is now being taken for various adult and youth fall recreational programs. Register online.
- The Vadnais Heights Recreation Department is looking for Ice Rink/Warming House Attendants and a Gym Supervisor. For more details and an employment application, please visit our Employment page.
- Join BearPower for a free fun walk/run, 6.24K Homecoming Celebration Walk/Run on October 6th. All ages and abilities welcome. All ages and abilities welcome. Race begins at 9:30 a.m. at White Bear Lake Area High School – South Campus. To register visit the White Bear Lake Area School Community Services & Recreation website.
- The Vadnais Heights Lions Club Fall Belgian Waffle Breakfast is on Sunday, October 7 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Vadnais Heights Commons, 655 East County Road F. Also that day, the Vadnais Heights Fire Department is hosting an Open House to celebrate Fire Prevention Week.
- The League of Women Voters is partnering with VHEDC to host a Vadnais Heights City Candidates Forum on October 25 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Vadnais Heights City Hall. All candidates who have filed with the Secretary of State for either Vadnais Heights Mayor or City Council have been invited to participate. If you have questions, please contact VHEDC.
- Installation of the new water meters in the City is to begin soon. City residents will be receiving a letter from Keystone Utility Systems. The letter will include information regarding scheduling an appointment for the installation in your home or business. To complete this improvement, we will need to access the water meter within your home or business. Installation appointments will be offered from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and evenings or Saturdays upon request. - A Ramsey County Community Forum on A Night to Know the Truth – Stop Overdose in Ramsey County, is being held on November 1 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Bethel University. The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office and other local organizations have partnered with Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge to create a coalition in efforts to combat the opioid crisis and address the overdose rates in our community.
