VLAWMO’s raingarden and native plant workshops are back! Try out some new landscaping strategies to beautify your yard and improve our watershed. These workshops provide insight in fixing drainage issues, how watersheds work, how to plant a raingarden, the benefit of native plants, and how to help pollinators. Each workshop provides instruction, inspiring examples, and practical tools to get started on your 2018 yard vision. Find the workshop of your interest and register at www.vlawmo.org/events or contact (651) 204-6070.
VLAWMO’s cost-share funding is renewed for 2018 to support residents in construction and materials. For more info, visit: www.vlawmo.org/grants/landscape.
