CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies), especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.
This is a Ramsey County page with information about making a homemade mask from credible sources provided by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).
The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office is requesting donations of homemade face masks for the most vulnerable in our community.
Sew Good Goods is working with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Treadle Yard Goods to sew protective masks for local health care providers.
The Fire Department is accepting donations of homemade masks on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop out with your donation at our South Fire Station, 3595 Arcade Street, across Arcade Street from Walmart.
