Utility Billing

Utility bills are sent to residential and commercial properties on a quarterly basis for sewer and water. Bills are mailed in January, April, July, and October. Bills are only sent to property owners of record as determined by Ramsey County. The city does not send bills to third parties. Customers are given 30 days to pay their utility bills.

Pay by Mail

Pay by U.S. mail or drop off at City Hall. Payment can be made at anytime, day or night, by using the drop box located on the driveway on the north side of City Hall. Payments can be made payable to the "City of Vadnais Heights."

Automatic Payments

Pay your utility bills on time, every time, by signing up for automatic bill pay. The system, which automatically debits funds from your checking or savings account, is fast, free, and easy. Simply download, print, complete and return the authorization form (PDF). Include a voided check (for checking accounts) or a deposit slip (for savings accounts). Assessment Search/Utility Billing Search

Title companies and individuals looking to request an assessment search or utility billing history request, must make a request online. The cost is  $28 for a utility account balance request and $32 for an assessment search and utility billing history.
