All commercial and industrial buildings require a lock box and must follow the lock box mounting requirements in an approved location by the Fire Chief. Lock boxes provide access to locked buildings and areas without causing major damage.
The City of Vadnais Heights uses DAMA lock boxes. Lock boxes are substantial, armored, tamper-proof boxes. Only Vadnais Heights Fire Department personnel have keys and are only to be used in emergency situations.
