2017 Residential Street Improvement Projects

Updated: 7/7/17

The City of Vadnais Heights annually performs a street improvement project to maintain the City’s infrastructure. Streets are selected based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, pavement condition, years of service, traffic volumes, maintenance costs and available finances. The City prepared a feasibility study for potential street improvements in 2017.

The following streets will be improved:

  1. Oakhurst Avenue from Clearbrook Lane to the north cul-de-sac
  2. Bramblewood Avenue from Highway 96 to Greenhaven Drive
  3. Willow Grove Lane from Bramblewood Avenue to Greenhaven Drive
  4. Heritage Court West from Evergreen Drive to the west cul-de-sac

Next Steps

A contract for the project was awarded to Schifsky and Sons, Inc. Work is planned to start mid-July and to be completed in early September. A letter was sent to all abutting residents on June 9 and can be found on the right hand side of this page.
